Coach Holidays in Wales

Although Wales only makes up a small corner of the UK, it’s brimming with places to visit from beautiful harbour towns, award-winning beaches to historical castles nestled amongst its sweeping lush valleys.

The Snowdonia mountain range remains popular with outdoor enthusiasts who are keen to scale the towering peaks or ramble along the designated trails. Snowdon itself is a much treasured symbol of Wales and provides a magnificent backdrop to many of the region’s picturesque villages as well as the coastal resort of Llandudno located on the isthmus between the Great and Little Orme.

There are plenty of traditional seaside attractions to keep you entertained in Llandudno and it is a great place from which to visit Anglesey, Conwy, Betws y Coed and Caernarfon, with its impressive castle which stands proudly by the harbour. Down on the Gower Peninsula on the Pembrokeshire Coast, Tenby is a delightful beach town with colourful buildings and a vivid history to match which you can explore when strolling through its narrow cobbled streets.

A Llandudno is Wales’ premier seaside resort nestling between the landmarks of Great and Little Orme which welcomes visitors year after year on coach holidays. This charming resort exudes everything we love about a classic British seaside holiday but recent developments give it a modern edge. Nothing beats a bracing stroll along Llandudno’s award-winning pier and sweeping promenade to work up an appetite before visiting one of the seafront tearooms or restaurants for a customary afternoon tea or trusty fish and chips.
