Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
2. The prize is one of five £100 Caledonian Travel Holiday Vouchers for use on any short break or holiday departing in 2024. Any additional payment will be due in line with our balance due booking conditions.
3. Holiday vouchers cannot be used as payment for Holiday Insurance
4. The randomly selected winner must depart from one of our pickup points and we will not cover the cost of any additional overnight stays.
5. The prize will be drawn at random from all complete entries within 5 working days of the closing date.
6. The final closing date for entry to the competition is midnight Sunday 26th May 2024. Entries received after the final closing date will not be entered into the prize draw.
7. Strictly 1 entry per household. If subsequent entries are found, all of your entries may be disqualified from the prize draw competition.
8. To be considered a valid entry, entries must be submitted using the entry form contained within this page.
9. The competition is not open to employees or agencies of Caledonian Travel, their family members or anyone else connected to the Company.
10. By entering the competition, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the competition and the terms of our Privacy Policy, as well as being contacted by Caledonian Travel for marketing purposes including promotional emails (unless you have ticked to opt-out of emails above).
11. Caledonian Travel accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
12. Caledonian Travel reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently delete this competition with or without prior notice.
13. Caledonian Travel reserves the right to disqualify any entries at any time without prior notice.
14. No responsibility is taken for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
15. The name and town or county of the winner may be published for congratulatory and promotional reasons.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
17. Winners will be notified by email that they have won the prize draw with instructions on how to claim their prize.
18. Any prize not claimed within 5 days from the date of the prize draw announcement will be forfeited and no further claims thereafter will be entertained. We will draw another winner if the prize is not claimed by the original winner.
19. Caledonian Travel reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
20. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
